We strive to keep our prices low. You can conveniently purchase products 365 days per year 24 hours per
day on our website. When you want to receive your merchandise quickly, you can specify 2 day shipping.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products purchased are sent to a secure location.
How to Order
Most orders will ship within 2 working days of receipt.. If you specify Ground your order should usually arrive
within 7 business days. If you specify 2 day priority mail your shipment should usually arrive within 5
business days. If you are concerned your shipment is taking longer than expected, feel free to email
customer service to see what the delay is.

Form of Payment
At this time, we only accept Master Cards and Visa Cards. Sorry, we do not accept any other credit cards. All
prices and charges are denominated in United States Dollars. We will not accept cash so please do not
send cash to us.
Charges are at Order Time
All orders must be prepaid at the time the order is placed regardless of the shipping time involved with that
order.

No Wholesales Orders
We do not offer products to entities which are in the business of reselling products.
Backorder
EuroBeautySupply has a large inventory. If we run into a backorder situation and can not fill your order
within a 2 week period, we will credit your account for unavailable items and ship the remaining products
on your order.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to make substitutions in size of product available.
Whatever size (s) are substituted, it will only be done so the substitution results in the same price or is a
saving to you.
How to Return Merchandise
We will take back unopened or unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Your order total will be
refunded if we have made a mistake. If the wrong product was ordered, the wrong address supplied or
there has been a change of mind regarding the product - then shipping charges we billed will not be
refunded. All returns must have a return authorization number in order for us to return your funds or credit
your credit card. Email customer service to get a return authorization number and the address to return
your merchandise.
